Return and Refund Policy

At The Stay Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at stayvault.help@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item and packaging. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 30-day window are not eligible for a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
